Why does it say my E-mail is invalid?
Chat in Class strictly uses name@school.edu addresses so as to eliminate those who are not students from using the chat.

I want in! How do I sign up?
Once at our Sign Up(live link) page, just provide us with your Full Name, your desired Username, your desired Password, and your active school E-mail and click “Sign Up!” Once you’ve done this, you will receive a confirmation e-mail to your school e-mail account, please click the link provided to activate your account and you are ready to start Chatting away!

Is Chat in Class a school-sponsored service?
No, Chat in Class is a third-party Chatting service provided to students who are currently in a College/University.

How do I retrieve my forgotten password?
On the home page, select the "Forgot Password" link and you will receive an e-mail with a new password. Please do not forget to change your password once you have successfully logged into the system!

My e-mail confirmation has not arrived!
Please check your e-mail application’s spam/junk folder. Some e-mail providers tend to block e-mails from unknown service providers, so there is a possibility the e-mail may be in that folder.
